Update
The root cause has been identified as a domain update in the infra structure deployment. The mitigation has been confirmed to be working in the US region. We will continue to apply the fix to other regions.

We have identified an issue that is affecting Document Understanding (Document Manager) customers who whitelist domains through their firewalls. This issue is affecting all of our production regions. We are working on a mitigation for this issue.
