On October 27, 2026, between 14:35 and 16:08 UTC, Document Understanding in the Europe region experienced a partial outage affecting generative extraction, generative classification and autovalidation. The root cause was a connectivity issue with a third party storage provider. Connectivity was restored, and we have confirmed that extraction and classification have been working normally since 16:08 UTC.
