Orchestrator authentication failures and group membership related issues

Between 12:01 PM UTC and 1:22 PM UTC, a small subset of customers may experience authentication failures and issues related to group membership, which may be visible in Orchestrator. We have deployed a fix to resolve the issue and the service is now stable.
