Update
We have applied mitigation steps by failing over certain models to an alternate region, which should partially reduce the impact on our LLM-based services. However, the incident with our OpenAI provider remains active. They have identified the root cause and are in the process of rolling back changes on their end to restore services. We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with our LLM based services (Autopilot for Everyone, Document Understanding, Communications Mining) due to an ongoing problem with our Open AI provider in the US region.
