Email alerts from Orchestrator were not working for few customers in Europe, US, Singapore regions.

We identified a situation where the default SMTP Settings were misconfigured for some customers, this led to email notifications not being sent. It is fixed now and we are taking measures to prevent this issue from occurring again when service is launched in new regions.
Note that this does not affect tenants where SMTP settings are customized.
