Delay in background processes in Enterprise Orchestrator in Europe

There was a delay in system processes in Enterprise Orchestrator in Europe which impacted cloud robots autoscaling and publishing of user notifications and small number of user jobs were delayed.
Both these are attributed to an issue with our cache layer between 8:46AM UTC to 8:50 AM UTC. This also impacted queues and jobs at the said time.
Everything is fine now.
